Epoxy & Resin Flooring Birmingham

Yes. We install epoxy and resin flooring across Birmingham and the West Midlands — including Edgbaston, Harborne, Solihull, Knowle, Sutton Coldfield, Aston, Tyseley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Coventry, Tamworth and Redditch. All work is delivered by our own City & Guilds trained and approved team.

Yes, with the correct specification. For Birmingham's factories, warehouses and distribution units we supply heavy-build epoxy systems with a higher film thickness, chemical-resistant topcoats where required, and anti-slip aggregate in washdown or wet-process areas. The right specification is determined by your traffic type, loads and chemical exposure, which we assess at survey stage.

Oil-contaminated slabs are common in older West Midlands industrial and garage units. Epoxy will not bond to an oil-soaked surface, so we carry out contamination testing during the survey. Where oil ingress is present, we use a combination of diamond grinding, oil-tolerant priming and, where necessary, mechanical preparation to remove the affected layer before coating.

Our epoxy systems range from approximately £85 to £120 per square metre, depending on the system selected, the condition of the concrete slab and the preparation required. Heavier industrial specifications with chemical-resistant topcoats sit at the upper end. Every Birmingham project receives a bespoke quotation after a site survey.

Every installation across Birmingham and the West Midlands is covered by our 10-year workmanship warranty, subject to our published terms. We use commercial-grade resin systems only — never retail DIY kits.
